Discovery Health & Fitness was established in 1998 and has since become one of Port Macquarie’s longest running fitness clubs. City 2 Surf 2008 training is on.
When: Training Starts Wednesday 18th June (8 Week Program) at Oxley Oval
Time: Wed & Fri 5.45AM-7.00AM & Sun 7.00AM
City 2 Surf is Australia’s most prestigious foot race and one that everyone wants to tick the box to say they have completed. This year Discovery will be doing something a little different with the over 90kg category - The Clydesdales, now absolutely everyone is catered for from the elite athlete to those who want to walk the event and take in the atmosphere of the day!
You can be assured that our instructors are fully qualified and registered with our State Fitness Body Fitness NSW, plus Michael and Darren are accredited Triathlon Coaches with Triathlon Australia.
