City 2 Surf 2009
Its on again, Discovery Health & Fitness will be running a program for the
"Sun Herald City 2 Surf 2009"
The full package includes transport to and from Sydney, transport back to the accommodation from Bondi after the race, accommodation for the Saturday & Sunday night plus the 8 weeks of training 3 days a week (3rd session is optional). There will also be a celebration dinner/lunch once we have arrived back in Port Macquarie and recovered.

Crèche FREE for Members
Remember our crèche facility is FREE to all members, as is the GI Junior class (free for member's kids only) on Tuesday afternoons at 4pm. Help your kids create a healthy future!
